Shipping

We ship all over the world. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 working days in India and 7-10 working days out of India.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

 

Shipping Charges for Delivery in India:

We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders. 

Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes within India and the order value cap is ₹20,000.

Please note: There are ₹100 additional charges for Cash on Delivery payment orders.

 

Shipping Charges for Delivery outside India:

We provide free shipping to international locations for all prepaid orders above USD 300. For orders up to USD 300, a nominal fee will be charged which will be calculated as per the weight and volume of the outfit.

Please note: The cash on delivery option is not available for International orders.

 

Duties and Taxes

For Indian Customers product prices, displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customer Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. All the additional charge towards Import duties, customs duty, local Sales/Vat taxes, and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product shall be borne by you. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies.

 

Processing time

On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. within 4 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.

Tracking your order

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. 

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.
