We don’t offer any returns or refund on goods once sold. However, we want our customers to be satisfied with what they have purchased therefore we are willing to offer you an exchange, of the same product value, applicable only to orders shipped within India.

 

You shall inform us within 48hours of receiving the order. Our Team will inspect and approve the exchange. Once you have received the confirmation for exchange, the product shall reach us within 7 working days, in its original packaging with original tags. Once received, the customer care team at Chhavvi Aggarwal would study the need for exchange, and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated.

 

We do not provide any cancellation on orders.

CAN I EXCHANGE/ALTER ANY ITEM WHICH WAS EITHER CUSTOMIZED OR MAKE TO ORDER?

We currently do not allow an exchange for an item that was either customized or made to order.

In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer (as per the prescribed terms and conditions) to alter it without a charge. However, shipping for the altered piece shall be borne by the customer. Please contact us at customercare@chhavviaggarwal.com for further assistance.
